◆ The movable wall on the right side can be freely moved by two cams, and the rubber mold holder can fix a rubber mold with preload applied to the mold’s sides inserted in it. By pressing the rubber mold in the opposite direction of the nozzle (on the rear fixing wall) and fixing both sides of the mold with preload applied, it is possible to reduce deformation of the rubber mold due to clamping and injection pressure, and to prevent burrs from being formed inside.
◆ With the movable wall used, the rubber mold can be inserted and removed by just a single touch.

◆ Cause of Burrs Formed Inside
1. Large clamping force crushes a rubber mold and enlarges the slits in the mold.
2. High injection pressure causes a rubber mold to swell and enlarges the slits in the mold.
◆ Characteristics of Rubber Mold from which Wax Mold is Difficult to Produce
1. There are many slits inside.
2. It is thin and long in design.
3. The further from the gate, the larger the wax volume is.

1. The size of the rubber mold can be automatically determined.
2. The nozzle height can be automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the rubber mold (the spacer is used for rubber molds with no gate in the center of the thickness).
3. The inner volume of the rubber mold can be automatically measured, and the optimal vacuuming time, injection time and hold time can be determined depending on the wax temperature.
4. The necessary clamp pressure can be automatically measured based on the injection pressure, the size of the rubber mold and the wax temperature.
5. The lock mechanism of the clamp CYL enables a low clamp force to withstand the injection pressure, thereby preventing the rubber mold from being greatly deformed.
6. The high performance of the vacuum valve and the wax injection valve makes it possible to complete the vacuuming and injection in a short time.
7. The hold time can be deactivated any time using the release button.
8. Horizontally long rubber molds can be easily processed by changing the switch from ‘normal’ to ‘wide’.
