In the conventional clamping mechanism, the clamping pressure is basically increased in proportion to the injection pressure so that the wax does not leak from the rubber mold when the wax is injected.
This is because the clamp pressure loses to the injection pressure.
By increasing the clamping pressure, the rubber mold will be deformed, causing burrs and deformation of the wax model.
The clamp lock mechanism locks the cylinder after the clamp presses the rubber mold, making it difficult for the rubber mold to open even at high injection pressures.
As a result, the rubber mold can be clamped with a lower pressure than the conventional clamping mechanism, so the rubber mold is hard to deform and it is possible to prevent burrs and wax model deformation.
With the touch panel attached, the operation is easy to understand compared to the conventional model. With VWI and DAC integrated, the design is simple compared to the conventional model.
■Height Adjusting
The clamp height can be easily adjusted by turning the handle by hand, so that the nozzle can be fitted into the rubber mold hole.
